Mark 2:4  Being unable to get to Him because of the crowd, they removed the roof above Him; and when they had dug an opening, they let down the pallet on which the paralytic was lying.

Too often we give up on a task, person, dream or a situation without exploring all the options. There are usually great ideas right around the corner of where we give up.

In Mark 2 the four men carrying the paralytic we’re unable to get to Him… but then one of them must have seen another way, the roof!

Maybe today, the problem isn’t problem. Maybe it’s the fact that we’re waiting on a door to open (overused phrase in the church). Maybe it’s time we say if no door will open, then I’m heading to the roof.

When we exhaust all options, we act in faith and then God will make a way.
