Mark 3:13  And He went up on the mountain and summoned those whom He Himself wanted, and they came to Him.

Jesus knew the power of team. He had many followers, much like our music ministries… they are everyone is welcome ministries. However, the inner workings of the ministry are comprised of smaller teams… teams that work very closely with the leadership.

For me, I have a team of leaders that work in our office (volunteer) during the week. I have chosen them. They have been selected because they carry the vision I hand them to carry. They work effortlessly to see the calling on my life fulfilled in our church.

You have great people who are waiting for you to chose them. Chose the people you want, but chose them and start to expand your reach!
