And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose. (Romans 8:28 ESV)

Sometimes things don’t work out. Sometimes things go wrong. But that’s a surface observation.

God is working out great things on your behalf.

Maybe you’re working at a church that you don’t want to be at. Maybe you’re at a job you hate. Maybe you’re dealing with a difficult person lately.

Don’t fret. God is teaching you things right now that you couldn’t otherwise learn.

The greatest disadvantage you could have is living a life where everything goes right. You’re learning something today that’s going to benefit you greatly in the purpose God has called you to.
