Who Can Be Saved?

…for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and are justified by his grace as a gift, through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus… (Romans 3:23-24 ESV)

I have been reading the Bible much slower lately. Spending more time analyzing the wording and the original language. I wanted to just slow down a passage and let you see something.

The question arrises sometimes on “who can be saved” and “does God predestine people to go to Heaven and Hell?” The answer for me is, “Jesus dies once for all men.” Salvation is available all men. The argument from the other side is that God is too sovereign to not decide… my answer is that God is too sovereign for you to decide what the limitations of His sovereignty are.

SO, I wanted to show you in the scripture one of the places I see this.

I am going to remove a portion of the scripture… not because I’m removing scripture, but because there are two statements here (hence the word and).

…for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, AND are justified by his grace as a gift, through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus… (Romans 3:23-24 ESV)

I’m going to remove the red…

…for all are justified by his grace as a gift, through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus… (Romans 3:23-24 ESV)

So, who is justified by His grace by receiving (v.25)? ALL!

Praise God that the one sacrifice is good for ALL people!

Now go shout!

Blessings!
