The Book
Here to Hear
Unlocking Your Divine Purpose to Hear the Voice of God. Foreword by Mike Santiago.
There is no shortage of books about hearing the voice of God, but this might be the first I’ve read that provides a framework with both action steps and attainable markers. I highly recommend you not just read but consume this book from cover to cover!

I have never come across a book quite like Jason Mayfield’s Here to Hear. This book is destined to become a “must-have” in a Christian leader’s discipleship toolkit. If a pastor would have an entire church read this book together, I believe it would begin a fresh move of God’s Spirit in that church.

Pastor Jason Mayfield is the Senior Pastor of Citylight Church in Saraland, Alabama, where he and his wife, Ashleigh, lead a church devoted to Building Lives on Jesus. His preaching is rooted in the Bible, full of hope, and grounded in one conviction: an incredible life is built on the finished work of Jesus Christ.
For more than 20 years, Pastor Jason has given his life to the local church. He has been credentialed with the Assemblies of God for 21 years and ordained for 14, and he has led revitalization in churches that went on to rank among the Top 100 Fastest-Growing Churches in America. He carries a deep conviction that the church can be both excellent and supernatural, and a passion for revival.
He is an author and the creator of Tear Up Your Bible and POWER 27, a daily rhythm of Bible reading, prayer and worship. His resources have helped more than 100,000 people go deeper in the Scriptures. Above every title, his greatest joy is seeing people meet Jesus, be filled with the Spirit, and grow into everything God has called them to be.

What Leaders Say
Jason Mayfield is a profound communicator of God’s Word. He brings clarity and passion to his messages. Not only did we get a great word from the Bible, we also had a powerful encounter with the Holy Spirit. Our altars were packed! We saw many saved (highest non-easter response), many baptized in the Holy Spirit, and we’ve had confirmed healings. Jason’s ministry truly blessed Discover Church, and we look forward to many more services with him. I highly recommend you book him immediately!
